步履式架桥机静动力性能测试与评估研究 被引量:3

Test and evaluation of the static and dynamic performance of the walking bridge erection machine

摘要 步履式架桥机作为装配式桥梁的主要施工机械,为揭示其服役期间的静动力性能对桥梁施工安全的影响,本文以无锡高架桥施工中所用步履式架桥机为研究对象,进行了简化力学分析并确定该结构的危险控制截面。采用振弦式应变计对控制截面的应变进行实测并对结构强度进行评估。基于目标跟踪算法编制了相应的计算机视觉动态监测程序,结合全站仪对控制截面的挠度进行实测,并对结构刚度进行评估。基于动态监测程序提取了结构动位移,进行了动力特性分析,并将数值模拟与实测的结果进行相互验证。研究结果表明:简化力学分析能够较好地预测加载过程中结构内力变化,并能对其刚度进行预先评估。实测结果与数值模拟的结果吻合较好,证明了该架桥机的强度和刚度符合要求,同时验证了本文建模与实测方法的合理性与有效性。 The walking bridge erection machine is the main construction equipment for prefabricated bridges,in order to reveal the influence of its static and dynamic performance on the safety of bridge construction during the service period,taking the walking bridge erecting machine used in the construction of a viaduct in Wuxi as the research object,a simplified mechanical analysis was conducted to determine the dangerous control section of the structure.A vibrational chord strain gauge was used to measure the strain of the control section,and the structural strength was evaluated.The corresponding computer vision dynamic monitoring program was compiled based on the Kanade-Lucas-Tomasi algorithm,the deflection of the control section was measured by the total station,and the rigidity of the structure was evaluated.Based on the dynamic monitoring program,the dynamic displacement of the structure was extracted to analyze the dynamic characteristics.Numerical simulations were implemented,and their results were mutually verified with the test results.The study findings indicate that the simplified mechanical analy-sis can effectively predict changes in the internal force during the loading process and can pre-evaluate the stiffness of the structure.The measured results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results,proving that the strength and stiffness of the bridge erecting machine can meet the requirements.Moreover,the rationality and validity of the modeling and measurement methods in this paper are verified.
