摘要
为研究短流程异形截面双金属线制备工艺,本文提出了非圆孔型固-液铸轧复合异形截面双金属线制备工艺,并以铜包钢线为研究对象,利用Deform有限元软件对非圆孔型固-液铸轧复合双金属线的截面形状进行研究,建立了异形截面双金属线的截面形状预测模型。本文利用铸轧实验机成功制备了不同截面形状的双金属线,其截面形状与预测模型相符,预测模型的准确性在98%以上;基于截面形状预测模型,系统性地分析了设计参数对双金属线截面形状的影响。
To examine the brief manufacturing process of complex-section-shaped bimetallic clad wires,the non-circular groove solid-liquid cast-rolling bonding process is proposed to produce bimetallic pipes and wires with special-shaped cross sections.Taking copper-clad steel wires as the research object,a prediction model of the cross-sectional shape of complex-section-shaped bimetallic wires was established based on simulation and experi-mental results.Subsequently,copper-clad steel wires with different cross-section shapes were successfully produced using a casting-rolling machine.The cross-section shape was in accordance with that of the prediction model,and the accuracy of the prediction model was greater than 98%.Finally,the influence of design parame-ters on the bimetallic wire′s cross-section shape was systematically analyzed based on the cross-section shape prediction model.
