摘要
以知网和Web of Science收录的建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在工程造价中的应用研究文献作为研究样本,运用CiteSpace对国内外期刊进行知识图谱对比分析。结果表明:近年来BIM技术在工程造价中的应用发展迅猛;结合研究趋势和造价行业发展沿革,在国内的研究历程分为发展期、推广期、转型期和创新期四个阶段;“建筑工程”和“管理”是国内外共同研究热点,国外未来趋向于“可持续发展”和“周期评估”,而“精细化管理”和“人才培养”等为国内未来研究趋势,据此以国内外代表性BIM技术(鲁班软件和Innovaya)做详细的阐述。该研究成果对全面了解BIM技术在工程造价中的应用具有借鉴性意义。
CiteSpace is used to compare and analyze the knowledge atlas of Chinese and foreign periodicals,taking the BIM technology included in CNKI and Web of Science as the research sample.The results show that the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in engineering cost has developed rapidly in recent years,and the research is divided into four stages:development stage,extension stage,transition stage and innovation stage.“Construction Engineering”and“Management”are the common research hot spots at home and abroad.The future trends abroad are“Sustainable Development”and“Periodic Evaluation”,while“Fine Management”and“Personnel Training”are the future research trends at home and abroad.Based on this,the representative BIM technology(Lu Ban software and Innovaya)at home and abroad is described in detail.The research results can be used for reference to understand the application of BIM technology in engineering cost.
