摘要
合成了一种具有聚集诱导发射(AIE)效应的香豆素功能化柱[5]芳烃(Coumarin functionalized pillar[5]arene,简称P5X)荧光探针.P5X在DMSO/H_(2)O(体积比4∶1)溶液体系中表现出较强的AIE性能.向P5X溶液中加入Fe^(3+)或Cu^(2+),可导致体系的蓝色荧光发生猝灭.P5X对Fe^(3+)和Cu^(2+)离子的检出限分别为5.21×10^(-6)和2.48×10^(-6)mol/L.此外,该探针还具有抗干扰能力强的优点,可实现对Fe^(3+)和Cu^(2+)的高效、灵敏检测.所建立的新检测方法为环境或生物领域内相关离子的检测提供了参考.
A fluorescence probe of coumarin functionalized pillar[5]arenes(P5X)with aggregation induced emission(AIE)effect was synthesized.P5X showed strong AIE performance in DMSO/H_(2)O(volume ratio:4∶1)solution.When Fe^(3+)or Cu^(2+)were added to P5X solution,the blue fluorescence of the system was quenched.The lowest detec⁃tion limits of P5X for Fe^(3+)and Cu^(2+)were 5.21×10^(-6) mol/L and 2.48×10^(-6) mol/L,respectively.In addition,the probe also had the advantage of strong anti-interference ability,and could realize efficient and sensitive detection of Fe^(3+)and Cu^(2+).The new method for the detection of Fe^(3+)and Cu^(2+)can provide a reference for the detection of related ions in environmental or biological fields.
