精益管理在优化急诊危重患者护理病历中的应用

Application of lean management in optimizing the nursing records of emergency critically ill patients

目的探究精益管理在优化急诊危重患者护理病历中的应用效果。方法本研究为前瞻性研究,按照纳入标准随机收集2021年7月—9月北京市门头沟区医院急诊科收治的60例危重患者的护理病历为观察组,2021年4月—6月60例危重患者的护理病历为对照组。观察组使用精益管理方法优化后的急诊护理信息系统进行病历书写,对照组使用传统病历书写方法,比较两组危重患者的护理病历书写完成时间、护理病历整体质量达标率。两组护理病历书写完成时间为符合正态分布的计量资料,采用t检验比较;χ2检验比较两组护理病历整体质量达标率。结果观察组护理病历书写时间平均(4.9±3.2)min,对照组平均(15.2±7.6)min,观察组护理病历书写完成时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=9.67、P<0.05);观察组护理病历整体质量达标率95.0%(57/60),明显高于对照组的61.7%(37/60),差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.64、P<0.05)。结论基于精益管理的急诊护理信息系统,能有效缩短危重患者护理病历书写时间、提高病历书写质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of lean management in optimizing the nursing records of emergency critically ill patients.Methods This study was a prospective study.60 nursing records of critically ill patients admitted to the emergency department of Beijing Mentougou District hospital,from July to September 2021 were collected as the observation group according to the inclusion criteria,and 60 nursing records of critically ill patients from April to June 2021 were collected as the control group.The observation group used the emergency nursing information system based on lean management for medical records writing,while the control group used traditional medical records writing methods.The completion time and the overall quality compliance rate of the nursing records of critically ill patients were compared between the two groups.The completion time of the nursing records in both groups were normally distributed quantitative data,and were compared using t-test,while the overall quality compliance rate of nursing records were compared usingχ2 test.Results The average completion time of nursing records writing in the observation group were(4.9±3.2)min,while in the control group were(15.2±7.6)min.The completion time of nursing records writing in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.67,P<0.05);The overall quality compliance rate of nursing records in the observation group was 95.0%(57/60),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 61.7%(37/60).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=19.64,P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency nursing information system based on lean management can effectively shorten the nursing records writing time of critically ill patients,and improve the quality of nursing records writing.
