交往理性视域下师生交往的异化与重构 被引量:1

摘要 师生交往是不同交往对象间的交往在教育领域中的特殊表现。以交往理性为理论基础,师生交往的理想图景应为师生双方在保持主体间性关系的情况下,坚持教育性的交往目的,保持丰富性的交往内容,并在遵循有效性交往规则的指引下展开的。然而,当前的师生交往却存在着交往主体单向化、交往目的工具化、交往主题偏狭化、交往规则失效化的异化现象。基于师生交往异化的现实,可从消解教师强权、走向平等对话,寻求价值认同、达成交往共识,回归生活世界、拓展交往主题,明确交往规则、提升沟通效度四个方面重构师生交往,为师生良性交往提供路径支持。 The communication between teachers and students is the special performance of the communication between different communication objects in the field of education.Based on communicative rationality,the ideal prospect of teacher-student communication should be carried out under the condition that both teachers and students maintain the relationship between subjects,adhere to the educational purpose of communication,maintain the rich content of communication,and follow the guidance of normative communication rules.However,in the current communication between teachers and students,there are some alienation phenomenon,such as the unidirectional communication subject,the instrumentalization of the communication purpose,the narrowness of the communication subject and the invalidation of the communication rules.Based on the reality of alienation of teacher-student communication,we can reconstruct teacher-student communication from four aspects.First,eliminate teachers'hegemony and move towards equal dialogue.Second,seek value identification and reach communication consensus.Third,return to the life world and expand communication themes.Lastly,clarify communication rules and improve communication validity.So as to provide path support for the benign communication between teachers and students.
