摘要
在线教学作为一种基于网络的教学方式,现已成为教师开展教育教学的重要方式。但由于教师对在线教学的认识不到位、缺乏一定的在线教学设计经验,在线教学质量往往难以得到保障。基于证据的理念强调在充分搜集与使用证据的基础上开展实践。基于证据的在线教学,就是要依据证据开展教学设计、利用证据进行教学评价。通过分析在线教学中的“证据”及其与在线教学设计中的资源要素、活动要素和评价要素之间的相互关系,提出整体建构、多元呈现、动态生成、适切支持的在线教学设计原则,在此基础上构建基于证据的在线教学设计模型,并将该模型应用于在线教学实践。实践结果表明,基于证据的在线教学设计模型具有可行性,能够充分保障在线教学质量。
As a web-based instructional method,online teaching has become an important way for teachers to perform educational and teaching practice.But the quality of online teaching is often difficult to be guaranteed because of the teachers'inadequate understanding of online teaching and lack of experience in online instructional design.The evidence-based idea means the practice is carried out in terms of evidence.Evidence-based online teaching is to conduct instructional design based on evidence and use evidence for instructional evaluation.This paper defines the evidence in online teaching and analyses the relationship between evidence and resources,activities and evaluation elements.Meanwhile,four support principles are put forward for online instructional design:overall construction,multiple presentation,dynamic generation and appropriate support.Furthermore,this paper constructs an evidence-based online instructional design model,and applies it to online teaching practice.The results show that the evidence-based online instructional design model is feasible and the quality of online teaching can be fully guaranteed.
