现如今,伴随我国化工行业的不断发展,化工工程项目数量也不断增多,凸显出实施化工工程项目管理的重要性。当前在开展化工工程项目管理工作时还存在很多问题,需要制定有效的化工工程项目管理方式和策略,以保障化工工程项目管理的质量,推动我国化工工程获得更好的发展,并对我国社会经济的发展产生巨大的推动作用。基于此,该文以化工工程项目管理概述为出发点,探讨了化工工程项目的主要特点及管理的重要性,并对化工工程项目管理的问题和优化措施进行了研究和探索。

Nowadays,with the continuous development of China's chemical industry,the number of chemical engineering projects is also increasing,which highlights the importance of the implementation of chemical engineering project management.At present,there are still many problems when carrying out chemical engineering project management,and it is necessary to formulate effective methods and strategies of chemical engineering project management,so as to ensure the quality of chemical engineering project management,promote the better development of China's chemical engineering,and plays a huge role in promoting the development of China's social economy.Based on this,this paper starts from the overview of chemical engineering project management,discusses the main characteristics and the importance of management of chemical engineering projects,and studies and explores the problems and optimization measures of chemical engineering project management.
