移动电子商务的迅猛发展为企业拓展出更大的经营空间范围,为消费者提供了更丰富便利的购物环境,促进物流企业发展的同时也对末端物流配送形成了巨大的压力。该文立足于当前移动电子商务发展的实际和末端物流配送的特点,为了提升末端物流配送服务的质量与效率,同时保证企业利润,文章从派件成本、用户体验、快件安全等角度对衡水市现有末端配送模式进行了比较分析,建议采用以菜鸟驿站或智能快递柜自提为主,必要时再配合以人工投递的模式。

The rapid development of mobile e-commerce has expanded a larger scope of business space for enterprises,and provided a more richer and convenient shopping environment,while promoting the development of logistics enterprises,it also forms a huge pressure on the terminal logistics distribution.Based on the current actual development of mobile e-commerce and the characteristics of terminal logistics distribution,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of terminal logistics distribution services,and ensure enterprise profits,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing terminal delivery modes in Hengshui from the perspectives of dispatch cost,customer experience and express safety,etc.,and recommends the Cainiao Courier station or intelligent express cabinet self-pickup,when necessary with the manual delivery mode.
