生物信息专业课程体系的构建及优化

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,生物信息学已经在生物学、医学及药学等多个学科表现出了强大的作用,在解决重大科学问题和社会需求方面尤为突出,生物信息学专业的人才培养至关重要。培养具有生物信息学专业技能又适合社会发展的复合型人才,已经成为当务之急。进一步深化生物信息课程的改革,构建并优化生物信息专业课程体系,对于推进基础知识的应用及拓展本科生的视野至关重要。基于全面的生物学、计算机信息科学和生物信息学方面的课程配置,通过优化实验环节和实习环节,构建了合理的实习体系,并优化实习的结构,逐步加强学生对于专业的认知深度,意识到所学专业在国家需求和行业需求中的作用,合理规划自己的职业生涯。 With the continuous development of society,bioinformatics has shown an important role in biology,medicine and pharmacy,particularly prominent in solving major scientific issues and social needs.The cultivation of bioinformatics professionals is crucial,and it has become a top priority to cultivate compound talents with professional skills in bioinformatics who are suitable for social development.Further deepening the reform of bioinformatics curriculum,and building and optimizing the curriculum system of bioinformatics are essential to promote the application of basic knowledge and broaden the perspective of undergraduate students.Based on the comprehensive curriculum configuration of biology,computer information science and bioinformatics,a reasonable practice system is constructed by optimizing the experimental link and the practice link,and the structure of the practice is optimized,so as to gradually strengthens students'cognitive of the specialty,realizing the role of the major in the needs of the country and the industry and plan their career reasonably.
