在我国人口逐渐老龄化的背景之下,养老难成为人们面临的问题之一,为了加强老旧社区适老化改造,需要以智慧社区为导向,加强社区养老的实用性。该文研究了智慧社区目标导向下老旧社区适老化改造,并通过查阅相关资料,对老旧社区改造的重点难点进行分析,并结合实际提出一些老旧社区改造的措施,希望能为相关工作提供参考。

Under the background of the gradual aging of China's population,the difficulty of providing for the elderly has become one of the problems that people are facing.In order to strengthen the elderly-oriented transformation of the old community,it is necessary to take the smart community as the guidance and strengthen the practicality of community providing for the aged.This paper studies the elderly-oriented transformation of the old community under the goal orientation of the smart community,analyzes the key and difficult points of the transformation of the old community by consulting relevant materials,and puts forward some measures for the transformation of the old community based on the actual situation,hoping to provide reference for relevant work.
