摘要
餐饮业是社会基础服务行业之一,与人们的身体健康和生活质量有着紧密的联系。餐饮行业对于社会经济的促进作用也不容忽视,而小餐饮食品安全是食品安全监管的重要组成部分。基层小餐饮分布广、数量多、规范程度低,食品安全事件频频发生,食品安全现状不容乐观。本文分析了小餐饮的现状及监管问题,提出提升小餐饮监管水平的措施,以期帮助小餐饮行业稳步发展,持续创收,进而维护市场繁荣。
The catering industry is one of the basic social service industries,which is closely related to people’s health and quality of life.The role of catering industry in promoting social economy cannot be ignored,and the food safety of small restaurants is an important part of food safety supervision.Grass-root small restaurants are widely distributed,numerous,and poorly regulated.Food safety incidents occur frequently.The current situation of food safety is not optimistic.This paper analyzes the current situation and regulatory issues of small catering,and puts forward measures to improve the regulatory level of small catering,in order to help the small catering industry develop steadily,continue to generate income,and maintain market prosperity.
