摘要
当前人们生活水平不断提升,人们对于食品安全的关注程度也不断提高,要确保食品的质量安全,必须做好食品安全及供应链管理工作,加强对食品生产、加工、运输和销售的监督,全面有效地确保食品的质量安全。因此,本文对当前食品安全及供应链管理的现状以及具体的实施措施进行详细分析,对食品在不同的供应链环节中存在的质量安全问题进行论述,并结合问题提出核心企业建设、监管工作和激励工作的实施措施,以供参考。
At present,people’s living standards are improving,and people’s attention to food safety is also increasing.To ensure the quality and safety of food,we must do a good job in food safety and supply chain management,strengthen the supervision of food production,processing,transportation and sales,and comprehensively and effectively ensure the quality and safety of food.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of food safety and supply chain management and the specific implementation measures in detail,discusses the quality and safety problems of food in different supply chain links,and puts forward the implementation measures of core enterprise construction,supervision and incentive work for reference.
