新时期,人们经济收入大幅度提升,生活质量也随之改善,愈加注重食品安全,但近年来食品安全问题层出不穷,需要相关部门加强基层食品安全管理,采取PDCA循环法,建立完善的食品安全管理机制,促进社会安全稳定发展。故本文围绕食品安全展开深入研究,重点阐述了基于PDCA循环的基层食品安全管理机制实施路径,且简单论述了食品安全管理现状等内容,希望对相关工作有所帮助,保障人们的饮食安全。

In the new era,people’s economic income has been greatly improved,their quality of life has been improved,and more attention has been paid to food safety.However,in recent years,food safety problems have emerged one after another.It is necessary for relevant departments to strengthen grass-roots food safety management,adopt PDCA cycle method,establish a sound food safety management mechanism,and promote social public security and stability.Therefore,this paper focuses on the in-depth study of video safety,focusing on the content of the grassroots food safety management mechanism based on the PDCA cycle,and briefly discusses the current situation of food safety management,hoping to help relevant work and ensure the food safety.
