摘要
食品安全监督抽检能及时发现食品安全隐患,有效防范系统性、区域性风险,是实现食品监管部门对食品生产的动态监督的有效手段。本文基于笔者多年食品抽样经验,先介绍食品抽样的过程,接着指出现在存在的问题,并提出建议,希望为制定食品安全抽样工作规范提供参考。
Inspection sampling in food safety supervision is an effective measure to identify food safety risks in time,defend against systematic and territorial risks,and realizes dynamic supervision of food production by food supervision authorities.Based on the author’s many years of food sampling experience,this paper first introduces the process of food sampling,then points out the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the formulation of food safety sampling work specifications.
