摘要 随着我国经济文化的发展,人们的生活水平有了显著提升,人们将注意力也逐步放在了食品的质量方面。近几年,我国在食品监管方面的投入力度显著加大,通过特定的技术,能够有效找到食品质量安全问题,从而及时采取措施予以应对。本文主要描述了影响食品检测质量的因素,并对质量控制和细节问题处理方面展开详细分析。 With the development of China’s economy and culture,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,and people have gradually focused on the quality of food.In recent years,the state has significantly increased its investment in food supervision.Through specific technologies,food quality and safety problems can be effectively found,so as to take timely measures to respond.This paper mainly describes the factors that affect the quality of food testing,and carries out a detailed analysis of quality control and detailed problem handling.
