With the development of China’s economy and culture,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,and people have gradually focused on the quality of food.In recent years,the state has significantly increased its investment in food supervision.Through specific technologies,food quality and safety problems can be effectively found,so as to take timely measures to respond.This paper mainly describes the factors that affect the quality of food testing,and carries out a detailed analysis of quality control and detailed problem handling.
