摘要 目的:建立了一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定菠菜粉中阿维菌素残留量方法。方法:选取菠菜粉中阿维菌素含量检测内部质控样品,鲜菠菜粉碎样品做空白样品,分别经50 mL丙酮振荡提取,减压浓缩后经SPE C18固相萃取柱净化除杂后用甲醇定容,流动相为甲醇(有机相)-水(水相),在C18色谱柱上进行分离,以甲醇∶水(85∶5)为混合流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为245 nm,用紫外检测器测定。结果:0.1~20.0μg·mL^(-1)的浓度内,方法的线性关系良好,r^(2)为0.992 4。平均回收率为91.20%,相对标准偏差为1.65%(n=6)。结论:本方法前处理过程高效、简便,回收率高,样品检出限低,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于蔬菜中阿维菌素农药残留的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of avermectin residues in spinach powder by SPEHPLC.Method:The content of abamectin in spinach powder was selected to detect the internal quality control sample,and the fresh spinach crushed sample was used as blank sample,which were extracted by 50 mL acetone oscillations respectively.After decompression and concentration,purified by SPE C18 solid phase extraction column for impurity removal,methanol was used for constant volume.The mobile phase was methanol(organic phase)-water(aqueous phase),which was separated on C18 chromatographic column.Methanol∶water(85∶5)was used as the mixed mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was 245 nm,and the detection wavelength was determined by UV detector.Result:The linear relationship of the method is good between 0.1~20.0μg·mL^(-1) within the concentration range.The value r^(2) is 0.9924.The average recovery rate is 91.20%,the relative standard deviation is 1.65%(n=6).Conclusion:The pretreatment process of this method is simple and efficient,the recovery rate is high,the detection limit of sample is low,and it has high sensitivity and accuracy.It is suitable for the detection of avermectin residues in vegetables.
