摘要
目的:了解厦门市水产品中河弧菌的污染情况、毒力基因分布以及耐药情况,为食源性疾病事件的预防以及控制提供科学依据。方法:对210份水产品进行河弧菌检测和分析,通过常规PCR对河弧菌分离株进行毒力相关基因检测,利用VITEK 2 compact全自动细菌鉴定系统进行药敏试验。结果:水产品中河弧菌检出率为27.14%;57株河弧菌分离株均携带vfh、toxR基因,vfp、hupO基因携带率分别为77.19%以及80.70%;氨苄西林、头孢唑林以及复方新诺明的耐药情况比较突出,耐药率分别是12.28%、10.53%以及8.77%。结论:水产品中河弧菌存在较高程度的污染,毒力基因在分离株中广泛分布,部分菌株对抗生素产生耐药性,河弧菌对厦门市水产品安全构成潜在的威胁,应引起有关部门足够的重视。
Objective:To understand the contamination,virulence gene distribution and antibiotic resistance of Vibrio flurialis in aquatic products in Xiamen,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.Method:Vibrio flurialis was detected and analyzed in 210 aquatic products,the virulence related genes of Vibrio flurialis isolates were detected by conventional PCR,and the antibiotic susceptibility test was performed by VITEK 2 compact automatic bacterial identification system.Result:The detection rate of Vibrio flurialis in aquatic products was 27.14%.All 57 Vibrio flurialis isolates carried vfh and toxR genes,and the carrying rates of vfp and hupO genes were 77.19%and 80.70%,respectively.There were more strains resistant to ampicillin,cefazolin and cotrimoxazole than other antibiotics,with the antibiotic resistance rates of 12.28%、10.53%and 8.77%,respectively.Conclusion:Vibrio flurialis is highly contaminated in aquatic products,virulence genes are widely distributed in the isolates,and some strains are resistant to antibiotics.Vibrio flurialis is a potential threat to aquatic product safety in Xiamen.
