TP法与CAP法测定食品微生物菌落总数的效果对比

摘要 目的:分析测试片法(Test Piece Method,TP)与计数琼脂平板法(Counting Agar Plate Method,CAP)测定食品微生物菌落总数的效果差异。方法:选取80份样品同时接受CAP法与TP法检测,对比两种检测方法对微生物菌落总数的检出率。结果:CAP法的检出总菌落数及超标率、检出大肠菌群落数及超标率、检出霉菌菌落数及超标率均高于TP法,但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:在食品微生物菌落测定中,CAP法检出数量略高于TP法,但CAP法操作烦琐、影响结果的因素较多,TP法操作便捷、适用性广,因此在实际应用中可根据实验条件和需求灵活选择。 Objective:The difference of test piece method(TP)and counting agar plate method(CAP)in the determination of total microbial colonies in food was analyzed.Method:80 samples were tested by CAP method and TP method at the same time,and the detection rates of the two methods on the total number of microbial colonies were compared.Result:The total number of colonies detected and the rate of coliform bacteria detected,the number of colonies detected and the standard were higher than that of TP method,but the difference between groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the determination of food microbial colonies,the number detected by CAP method is slightly higher than that by TP method,but the operation of CAP method is complicated and there are many factors affecting the results.The TP method is convenient to operate and widely applicable,so it can be selected flexibly selected according to the experimental conditions and requirements in practical application.
