摘要
目的:调查某高职院校临床专业医学生的营养知识-态度-行为(Knowledge Architecture Practice,KAP)水平,为对其进行营养教育提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取400名临床医学生进行营养KAP问卷调查。结果:该高职院校临床医学生营养知识水平及营养KAP水平一般,营养态度良好,营养行为较差;学过营养学课程的临床医学生营养态度及营养KAP总分高于未学者。结论:应通过增加营养教育结合行为干预的方式提高该高职院校临床医学生的营养知识水平,矫正其不良饮食行为。
Objective:To investigate the nutrition KAP level of clinical medical students in a medical college,so as to provide basis for nutrition education.Method:400 clinical medical students were selected by stratified random sampling method for nutrition KAP questionnaire survey.Result:The nutrition knowledge level and nutrition KAP level of clinical medical students are average,nutrition attitude is good,nutrition behavior is poor;the nutrition attitude and the total score of nutrition KAP of clinical medical students who had studied nutrition course were higher than those who had not.Conclusion:Nutrition education combined with behavioral intervention should be used to improve the nutritional knowledge level and correct their bad diet behavior of clinical medical students in the medical college.
