前处理技术检测动物源类食品内农药残留的研究

摘要 由于农药长期被大量应用,被视为食品主要污染源之一。尤其是伴随着生活质量的提升,肉、乳、蛋和水产品等动物源类食品成为了人们的主要膳食构成,但农药通过富集食物链或环境接触进入动物体内,严重影响食品安全。因此,制定相应的检验检测技术防控与处理这些兽药残留意义重大。鉴于此,文章以前处理技术为研究重点,对其在动物源类食品农药多残留检测中的应用展开了研究。 Because of long-term extensive application,pesticides have been regarded as one of the important pollution sources in food.Especially with the improvement of people’s quality of life,animal-derived foods such as meat,milk,eggs and aquatic products have become the main dietary composition of people.But pesticide residues enter animals through enriching the food chain and environmental contact.Therefore,it is of great significance to formulate corresponding inspection and testing techniques to prevent and treat these veterinary drug residues.In this regard,this paper focuses on pretreatment technology,and studies how to apply it to the detection of pesticide residues in animal-derived foods.
