摘要
苯并[α]芘作为多环芳烃中最早被发现具有环境化学作用的致癌物,受到人们的广泛关注。本文分析了食用油中苯并[α]芘的污染途径,并结合近三年新疆食用油质量抽样资料,阐述了食用油苯并[α]芘的控制措施。
Benzo[α]pyrene,as the first polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon carcinogen discovered to have environmental chemical effects,has received widespread attention.This paper analyzes the ways of benzo[α]pyrene contamination in edible oil and elaborates the control measures of benzo[α]pyrene in edible oil with the information of edible oil quality sampling in Xinjiang in the past three years.
