食品是人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,食物安全关系到人们的身体健康和生命安全。随着时代的不断进步,居民的生活水平越来越高,对于食品安全的要求也越来越高,因此我国对于食品安全的检测和管理极其重视。食品检测是一种具有高度职业技能的工作,其工作质量的高低对食品的安全有着很大的影响,必须加强对各种食品的质量控制,以尽量减少各种食品的安全隐患。本文针对食品检验检测质量管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策,以供参考。

Food is an indispensable part of people’s daily life.Food safety is related to people’s health and life safety.With the continuous progress of the times,the living standard of residents is getting higher and higher,and the requirements for food safety are also getting higher and higher.Therefore,China attaches great importance to the detection and management of food safety.Food inspection is a work with high professional skills.The quality of its work has a great impact on food safety.We must strengthen the quality control of various foods to minimize the potential safety hazards of various foods.This paper discusses the problems existing in the quality management of food inspection and testing,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference.
