食品检验报告存在的问题及改进措施

摘要 随着社会经济的飞速发展,食品行业随之壮大,食品安全问题也日益突出。食品检验报告是检测机构依照食品安全标准及相关的法律法规对外出具具有一定法律效力的凭证文书。本文分析总结了食品检验报告中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,以期为相关的检验机构及人员出具合格的食品检验报告提供参考意见。 With the rapid development of the social economy,the food industry has grown accordingly,and food safety issues have become increasingly prominent.A food inspection report is a voucher document with a certain legal effect issued by a testing agency in accordance with the food safety standards and related laws and regulations.This article analyzes and summarizes the problems in the food inspection report,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,in order to provide reference opinions for the relevant inspection agencies and personnel to issue qualified food inspection reports.
