摘要
本文以文献探究为理论基础,通过分析食品安全工程质量提升时面临的困境,提出应从构建完善的食品质量管理机制、构建完善的食品风险管控体系、强化食品原材料生产过程管理力度等几方面入手,提升食品安全工程相关工作的有效性。通过深入探究食品安全工程质量提升的路径,提升工作效率、提高工作水平,为国计民生发展提供可靠保障。
Based on the theoretical basis of literature research,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced in improving the quality of food safety engineering,and proposes to improve the effectiveness of the work related to food safety engineering from the following aspects:building a sound food quality management mechanism,building a sound food risk control system,and strengthening the management of the production process of food raw materials.Through in-depth exploration of the path to improve the quality of food safety engineering,improve the efficiency and level of work and provide reliable guarantee for the development of the national economy and the people’s livelihood.
