摘要
目的:对池州市本地区食品生产企业生产的允许添加丙二醇的食品及流通环节的纯牛奶进行丙二醇含量测定并进行含量分析。方法:采用国标方法GB 5009.251—2016对2022年池州市“食品中丙二醇专项抽检”抽取的糕点、生湿面制品、纯牛奶进行含量测定分析。结果:在抽取的15批次糕点中,1批次检出丙二醇,含量为0.185 g·kg^(-1);抽取的30批次生湿面制品中均未检测出丙二醇;抽取的20批次乳制品中,1批次检出丙二醇,含量为0.381 g·kg^(-1)。结论:池州市本市生产企业生产的食品中丙二醇使用情况良好,监管部门应再接再厉,继续加大监管的范围及力度。
Objective:To determine and analyze the content of propylene glycol in food produced by local food production enterprises in Chizhou city and pure milk in circulation.Method:National standard method GB 5009.251—2016 was used to determine the content of pastries,raw wet flour products and pure milk extracted from“Special sampling Test of propylene glycol in Food”in Chizhou city in 2022.Result:Among the 15 batches of pastries extracted,propylene glycol was detected in 1 batch with the content of 0.185 g·kg^(-1).No propylene glycol was detected in 30 batches of secondary wet flour products.Among the 20 batches of dairy products extracted,propylene glycol was detected in 1 batch with the content of 0.381 g·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The use of propylene glycol in food produced by manufacturers in Chizhou city is good.The supervision department should make continuous efforts to increase the scope and strength of supervision.
