动物源性食品中硝基呋喃检测方法分析

硝基呋喃类药物曾是我国养殖业中广泛添加的抗菌菌素类药物,但随着时代的发展和健康意识的普及,人们高度关注硝基呋喃类药物的检测。在欧盟标准中,动物源性食品中绝对禁止硝基呋喃原药及其代谢物。我国对其在常规添加剂中的滥用现象也有明令禁止。因此,严格把关动物源性食品中硝基呋喃类药物的检出工作,可保障动物产品的质量。基于此,本文对动物源性食品中硝基呋喃的检测进行了相关研究。

Nitrofuran drugs used to be widely used in aquaculture industry,but with the development of the times and the popularization of health awareness,people pay more attention to the detection of nitrofuran drugs.In the European Union standard,nitrofuran agents and their metabolites are absolutely prohibited in foods of animal origin.The abuse of it in conventional additive is banned in our country.Therefore,strict control of the detection of nitrofurans in animal-derived food can ensure the quality of animal products.Based on this,the detection of nitrofuran in food of animal origin was studied in this paper.
