Research on Traceability System of Prepackaged Food

近年来,涉及销售过期包装食品的敲诈案件时有发生,案件发生后经营者或因缺乏自证证据而选择息事宁人,或通过提供自证清白证据维护自身合法权益,但消耗了大量的时间。本文从一维条码技术、二维条码技术、无线射频技术和区块链技术等信息技术在食品流通环节的应用出发,对互联网信息化背景下预包装食品溯源体系的构建进行了探讨。

In recent years,extortion cases involving the sale of expired packaged food have occurred from time to time.After the case,the operator either chose to pacify the situation because of the lack of self-identification evidence,or protected his legal rights and interests by providing self-identification evidence,but it took a lot of time.Starting from the application of information technologies such as one-dimensional barcode technology,two-dimensional barcode technology,radio frequency technology and blockchain technology in the food circulation,this paper discusses the construction of the traceability system of prepackaged food under the background of Internet informatization.
