摘要
在农业生产过程中时常面临农作物病虫害的威胁,需使用化学药剂进行防治,或者是出于提高农产品产量及品质的需要,使用植物生长调节剂改善农作物的生长质量,但过量或频繁地使用农业化学药剂,会导致农产品出现农药残留问题。为了保证农产品农药残留符合食品安全要求,相关部门针对农产品进行农药残留检测,以确定残留农药的类型、残留量等,从而准确判断农产品是否安全。本文基于食品检测的重要性,对常规技术中的气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、色谱-质谱联用法,以及快速检测技术中的光谱分析法、酶抑制法、免疫分析法和生物传感器法等进行了论述。
In the process of agricultural production,we often face the threat of crop diseases and insect pests,and need to use chemical agents for prevention and control,or use plant growth regulators to improve the growth quality of crops in order to improve the yield and quality of agricultural products,but excessive or frequent use of agricultural chemical agents will lead to pesticide residues in agricultural products.In order to ensure that the pesticide residues of agricultural products meet the requirements of food safety,the relevant departments carry out pesticide residue detection for agricultural products to determine the type and amount of residual pesticides,so as to accurately determine whether the agricultural products are safe.Based on the importance of food detection,this paper discusses the application of gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,chromatography-mass spectrometry in conventional technologies,and spectral analysis,enzyme inhibition,immunoassay and biosensor in rapid detection technologies.
