青脚麻鸡产蛋及连产性状的遗传参数估计

Analysis of Genetic Parameters of Egg-laying and Clutch Trais in Blueshank Partridge Chicken

为确定连产性状作为300日龄合格蛋数早选指标的可行性,试验选择青脚麻鸡母系D品系第16世代母鸡3724只,统计其开产至300日龄合格蛋数,计算相关连产性状,利用动物模型估计其遗传参数。结果显示:①300日龄平均连产长度、平均间歇长度、平均连产周期、最长连产长度等连产性状的变异系数均超过50%;②300日龄合格蛋数的遗传力0.217;连产性状中除了最长连产长度的遗传力偏高外(0.313),其他性状均属中等偏低水平(0.048~0.222);③30周龄数据统计的平均连产长度、平均连产周期、平均产蛋强度、最长连产长度与300日龄合格蛋数的遗传相关性分别为0.926、0.916、0.857和0.837。综上,初步判断青脚麻鸡平均连产长度可以作为300日龄合格蛋数的替代性选育指标。

In order to investigate the feasibility of the clutch trait as an early selection indicator of hatching eggs at 300 days of age,the study used 3274 hens of strain D which was the parental line in Blueshank Partridge chicken as materials.The daily egg production of each hen was recorded up to 300 days of age(EN300).The relative clutch traits including average clutch length(ClLng),average pause length(PaLng),average clutch size(ClSiz),average clutch intensity(ClInt),max clutch length(MaLng)of each hen were calculated.The genetic parameters were estimated with animal model.The results showed that:①The genetic vari⁃ation coefficient of ClLng,PaLng,ClSiz,MaLng was larger than 50%;②The heritability of EN300 was 0.217,while the heritabili⁃ty of clutch trait(except for MaLng)was 0.048 to 0.222.③The genetic correlation coefficient between EN300 and ClLng,ClSiz,ClInt,MaLng measured in 30 weeks of age was 0.926,0.916,0.857 and 0.837,respectively.The results indicated that average clutch length measured in 30 weeks of age could be served as an alternative of EN300 in the breeding of Blueshank Partridge chicken.
