龙脑樟叶粉对10~19周龄湘东鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标、免疫指标及抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora Leaf Powder on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance,Biochemical Indices,Immune Indexes and Antioxidant Functions of Xiangdong Chicken Aged from 10 to 19 Weeks

摘要 试验旨在研究龙脑樟叶粉对10~19周龄湘东鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、血清生化、免疫指标和抗氧化性能的影响。选取同一批出雏、体重相近的240只10周龄健康湘东鸡(公母各半)随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加2%、3%、4%龙脑樟叶粉,预试期7d,正试期63d。结果显示:与对照组相比,4%龙脑樟叶粉组末重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);2%、3%和4%龙脑樟叶粉组屠宰率显著提高(P<0.05);3%和4%龙脑樟叶粉组血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量、3%龙脑樟叶粉组白蛋白(ALB)及4%龙脑樟叶粉组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05);4%龙脑樟叶粉组血清IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),2%、3%和4%龙脑樟叶粉组IgM和IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05),且含量随添加量增加而升高。综上所述,饲粮中添加龙脑樟叶粉可提高湘东鸡平均日增重、屠宰率,促进脂质代谢,增强机体免疫力,建议添加量为4%。 To study the effects of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder on growth performance,slaughter perfor⁃mance,meat quality,serum biochemistry,immunity and antioxidant indexes of Xiangdong chicken aged from 10 to 16 weeks.A total of 24010-week-age healthy Xiangdong chickens with similar weight and half male and half female were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 replicates in each group.The control group was fed with the basal diet,and the test groups were fed with 2%,3%and 4%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder in the basal diet,respectively.The pretest period was 7 days,and the trial period was 63 days.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily weight gain in 4%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder group was significantly increased(P<0.05);2%,3%and 4%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder could significantly increase the slaughter rate(P<0.05).The content of total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)in serum in 3%and 4%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder group,albumin(ALB)in 3%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder group and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in 4%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);Serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)in 4%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in 2%,3%and 4%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the con⁃tent increased with the increase of the dosage.To sum up,the addition of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder in diet could improve the daily weight gain and slaughter performance of Xiangdong chickens,promote lipid metabolism,and enhance the body immunity.The recommended addition amount was 4%.
