2021年中国部分地区鸡传染性贫血病毒VP1基因遗传变异分析 被引量:2

摘要 为全面了解鸡传染性贫血病毒(CIAV)在我国的流行情况和VP1基因遗传变异情况,研究对2021年全国25个省市421份疑似CIAV或其他病原感染的临床样本进行鉴定。结果显示,共有64份临床样本的VP1基因PCR鉴定为阳性,序列对分析发现有59株VP1基因位于基因A型分支,5株VP1基因位于基因C型分支,氨基酸位点分析发现第394位氨基酸为谷氨酰胺(Q),与3-1株、CAV-10株等高致病性CIAV一致,且第75、89、125、139、141、144位氨基酸位点也出现了不同程度的变异。研究表明目前我国鸡群流行的CIAV以A型为主,且VP1基因存在变异,结果为了解CIAV在我国的变异情况及传染性贫血防控提供了数据参考。 In order to comprehensively understand the prevalence of chicken infectious anemia virus(CIAV)in China and the genetic variation of VP1 gene,421 clinical samples suspected of CIAV infection or other viruses from 25 provinces and cities in 2021 were identified.The results showed that a total of 64 clinical samples were identified as positive for VP1 gene by PCR.Se⁃quencing analysis showed that 59 isolates of VP1 genes were located in type A branch and 5 isolates of VP1 genes were located in type C branch.Amino acid site analysisfound that the 394th amino acid was glutamine(Q),consistent with the highly pathogenic CIAV such as 3-1 strain and CAV-10 strain.In addition,the 75th,89th,125th,139th,141st,144th amino acids also showed varying degrees of variation.This study suggested that the dominant circulating branch of CIAV was type A,and VP1 gene of CIAV were mutating,which contributed to understand mutation of CIAV in China and provided reference for prevention and con⁃trol of infectious anemia.
