摘要 全基因组关联分析(Genome-wide association study,GWAS)是在关联分析的基础上对全基因组范围内的遗传标记进行检测,用以挖掘复杂疾病与动植物经济性状的相关基因。国内外研究人员对鸡重要经济性状进行GWAS分析,并取得了有效进展。文章在介绍GWAS原理及研究方法的基础上,对GWAS在鸡的体重、产蛋性状、免疫功能、饲料利用率、羽毛颜色、骨骼等重要经济性状的研究进展进行综述,以期为进一步利用GWAS进行鸡的各种性状的遗传基础研究提供参考。 Genome-wide association study(GWAS)is a genome-wide association study of genome-wide genetic markers based on association analysis to mine genes for complex diseases and economic traits in plants and animals.Researchers at home and abroad have made effective progress in GWAS analysis of important economic traits of chicken.Based on the introduction of the principles and research methods of GWAS,this paper reviewed the important economic traits of GWAS in chicken,such as body weight,egg laying traits,immune function,feed utilization rate,feather color,bone and so on,in order to provide reference for further basic research on the genetic of various traits in chickens using GWAS.
