摘要
“双高计划”建设为高职院校带来了新的机遇和挑战,建设要靠教学科研队伍,也需要依赖高质量的行政人员做强有力支撑。当前高职院校行政人员激励机制仍存在一些问题,要通过建立合理公平的薪酬体系、制定科学分类的考评体系、增加职业发展渠道、健全培训教育体系、重视人文关怀等措施对激励机制进行优化,助力学校加快“双高计划”建设进程。
The construction of“Double-High Plan”has brought new opportunities and challenges to higher vocational colleges.The construction depends on the teaching and research team and the strong support of high-quality administrative staff.At present,there are still some problems in the incentive mechanism of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary to optimize the incentive mechanism by establishing a reasonable and fair salary system,formulating a scientifically classified evaluation system,increasing career development channels,improving the training and education system,and attaching importance to humanistic care,so as to help schools speed up the construction process of“Double-High Plan”
