职业生涯发展视角下高职院校大学生立志教育优化路径探究

Research on the Optimized Path of Aspiration Education for Higher VocationalCollege Students from the Perspective of Career Development

理想和志向是人生的灯塔。立志教育已经成为高职院校人才培养的重要内容。基于职业生涯发展视角,提出“启蒙教育—探索志向—实践志向—自我实现”的立志教育四阶段模式,强调个人主动探索,自我建构的重要性。以优化当前立志教育的内容与模式,引导高职院校大学生积极探索自我与世界,把个人发展融入到社会大环境中,最后实现自我价值的超越。

Ideals and aspirations are the beacon of life.Aspiration education has become an important part of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of career development,this paper proposes a four-stage model of aspiration education which include enlightenment education,exploration aspiration,practical aspiration,self-realization,and emphasizes the importance of individual active exploration and self-construction.In order to optimize the current content and mode of aspiring education,students in higher vocational colleges should be guided to actively explore themselves and the world,integrate their personal development into the social environment,and finally realize the transcendence of self-value.
