摘要 热源类项目运营需要以BIM模型作为载体,结合现有信息化管理系统实现数字化转型。介绍BIM技术在热源类项目生产运营环节中的数字化技术应用。根据热源类项目特点与生产运营需求,协同项目相关人员确立基于BIM的数字化转型工作流程。以BIM精细化参数化模型为主、倾斜摄影模型为辅,创建项目三维模型,重点打造LOD400级别及以上、部分构件达到LOD500级别的锅炉模型。依照国家标准扩展锅炉构件编码体系,与热源类项目现有信息化管理系统编码匹配并录入构件属性。针对项目可视化需求选择平台并进行专项开发,接入各项实时运行参数,直观展现运行参数实时变化,动态追踪设备内部介质运行状态。实现基于BIM的热源类项目运营数字化转型,并可用于人员培训。目前本研究在某热源厂已投入运营,并取得良好效果。 The operation of heat source project needs to use BIM model as a carrier and combine with existing information management system to realize digital transformation.The digital technology application of BIM technology in the production and operation of heat source projects is introduced.According to the characteristics of heat source projects and production and operation requirements,the digital transformation workflow based on BIM is established in collaboration with relevant project personnel.To create a 3D model of the project based on BIM refined parametric model,supplemented by tilt photography model,focusing on creating a boiler model with LOD 400 level and above,and some components reaching LOD 500 level.Expand the boiler component coding system in accordance with national standards,match the existing information management system codes of heat source projects and enter the component attributes.The platform is selected and specially developed to meet the visualization needs of the project,accessing the real-time operating parameters,visually showing the real-time changes in operating parameters,and dynamically tracking the internal media operating status of the equipment.Realize BIM-based digital transformation of heat source project production operation,and can be used for personnel training.At present,the research has been put into operation in a heat source plant,and achieved good results.
