摘要 分酸不均引起气流不匀,气速越低影响越大,填料层压降越小影响越大。流动参数实质为液气比,填料层压降随负荷因子及流动参数的增大而增加,图示了填料层压降随负荷因子变化的等流动参数线。76 mm瓷矩鞍湿填料因子约为干填料因子的2倍,湿填料因子系数与填料表面润湿率的3次方成反比,填料阻力系数随喷淋密度的增加而增大,二吸塔约0.9,一吸塔接近1。溢流型槽式分酸器的区域不均能贯穿填料层,当一吸塔峰谷液位差±10 mm时,波峰溢流堰比波谷高43%,喷淋密度高76%,波峰空塔气速低38%,波峰流动参数则是波谷的2.7倍,波峰负荷因子比波谷低51%。碟式分酸器的流量偏差小于4%,仅是分酸点不均,可大幅降低填料高度。 The uneven acid distribution causes poor gas distribution.The lower the gas velocity,the greater the impact,and the smaller the pressure drop in the packing layer,the greater the impact.The flow parameter is essentially the liquid-gas ratio.The packing pressure drop increases with the increase of the load factor and flow parameter.The iso-flow parameter line of the packing pressure drop changes with the load factor is shown.The wet packing factor of 76 mm ceramic rectangular saddle is about twice of the dry packing factor.The wet packing factor coefficient is inversely proportional to the third power of the wetting rate of the packing surface.The packing pressure drop coefficient increases as the acid irrigation up.It is about 0.9 in the final absorption tower,and close to 1 in the interpass absorption tower.The area uneven can penetrate the packing layer for the overflow trough type acid distributor.When the peak-valley liquid level difference of the interpass tower is±10 mm,the peak overflow weir is 43%higher than the valley one,the specific acid flow is 76%higher,the gas velocity of empty tower is 38%lower,the peak flow parameter is 2.7 times of the valley one,and the peak load factor is 51%lower.The flow deviation of the multi-dish acid distributor is less than 4%,which is only the uneven acid flow in distribution points,which can greatly reduce the packing height.
