摘要
为了提高制酸工程非标设备设计工作的效率,提出了一种设备的参数化设计方法。以制酸系统转化工序中一种特定结构的预转化器为研究对象,系统介绍了利用Solid Works软件及其外接程序Drive Works进行三维建模、模型尺寸管理、二维工程图模板建立、二维工程图的生成及原始模型参数化等内容,并验证了参数化设计的有效性,为参数化设计技术在制酸工程设计领域的应用和发展提供启示。
In order to improve the efficiency of non-standard equipment design in acid production engineering,a parametric design method of equipments is proposed.Taking a specific structure of the pre-converter in the conversion process of the acid-making system as the research object,three-dimensional modeling,model size management,two-dimensional drawing template creation,twodimensional engineering drawing generation and original model parameterization using SolidWorks software and its external program DriveWorks are ystematically introduced,and the effectiveness of parametric design is verified.It provides enlightenment for the application and development of parametric design technology in the field of acid production engineering design.
