摘要
介绍了某冶炼厂对烟气制酸装置循环水冷却系统的冷却风机及其水温控制方式进行优化改造的情况。硫酸二系统的四台循环水冷却风机均为定速风机,且循环水温度控制程序不能随工况变化进行跟踪调节,存在循环水温度大幅波动的问题。通过为冷却风机加装变频器,将冷却风机改为变频操作,同时对循环水冷却系统控制程序进行了优化,循环水温度波动保持在正常范围内,干吸循环酸温度和气体冷却塔出口烟气温度的稳定性也得到改善,达到了节能增效的目的。
The optimization and modification of the cooling fan and its water temperature control mode of the circulating water cooling system of the flue gas sulphuric acid plant in a smelter are introduced.The four circulating water cooling fans of the second sulphuric acid system are all constant speed fans,and the circulating water temperature control program cannot track and adjust with the change of working conditions,which has the problem of large fluctuation of circulating water temperature.By adding a frequency converter to the cooling fan,the cooling fan is changed into a frequency conversion operation,and the control program of the circulating water cooling system is optimized.The temperature fluctuation of the circulating water is kept within the normal range,and the stability of the dry-suction circulating acid temperature and the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the gas cooling tower are also improved,achieving the goal of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement.
