摘要 介绍了炼化企业上游生产装置脱硫单元配套的胺液再生装置的工艺流程和能耗结构,分析了胺液再生装置的主要用能点和余热特点,详细介绍了某原料油年处理量1 800 kt的联合装置配套的胺液再生装置的节能改造情况。通过采取重油催化分馏塔顶循与再生塔热联合、将乏汽作为再生塔热源、对高温凝结水进行综合利用等措施,可增加经济效益1 496万元/a,节能效果显著。 The process flow and energy consumption structure of the amine liquid regeneration unit supporting the desulfurization unit of the upstream production unit in a refining and chemical enterprise are introduced,and the main energy consumption points and waste heat characteristics of the amine liquid regeneration unit are analyzed.The energy-saving transformation of the amine liquid regeneration unit supporting a combined unit with an annual feedstock oil treatment capacity of 1800 kt is introduced in detail.By adopting measures such as combining the overhead circulation of heavy oil catalytic fractionator with the heat of regeneration tower,using exhaust steam as the heat source of regeneration tower,and comprehensively utilizing high-temperature condensate,the economic benefit can be increased by 14.96 million yuan per year,with significant energy-saving effects.
