高层办公建筑灭火救援预案存在的问题和改进对策

摘要 指出了当前高层办公建筑灭火救援预案中存在统筹灭火救援力量的科学性有待提升、进攻路线模式化、战术设计模式化、技战术措施内容有待细化和缺少对预案的实际演练环节等五个方面的不足,并逐一给出了对策和建议,以期为我国高层办公建筑火灾事故的灭火救援工作提供有益帮助。 The paper points out that there are five aspects in the current highrise office building fire fighting and rescue plan,such as the scientificity of the overall fire fighting and rescue force needs to be improved,the pattern of attack route,the pattern of tactical design,the content of technical and tactical measures needs to be refined,and the lack of practical drills for the plan.And countermeasures and suggestions are given one by one,hoping to provide useful help for the fire fighting and rescue work of high-rise office building fire accidents in our country.
