论地方红色文化助推共同富裕的价值与路径——以绍兴“上旺精神”为例

The Value and Path of Local Red Culture Promoting Common Prosperity:Taking“Shangwang Spirit”in Shaoxing City as an Example

共同富裕是社会主义的内在本质特征,体现着物质文明与精神文明的双重要求,地方红色文化对其也发挥着重要助推作用。地方红色文化对于各地党员干部群众,具有具体化、在地化与零距离化等特质,是激励各地实现共同富裕的宝贵精神财富。“上旺精神”作为社会主义建设时期绍兴红色文化的重要组成部分,是当时绍兴人民艰苦奋斗的历史见证与时代缩影。进入中国特色社会主义新时代,“上旺精神”在为绍兴共同富裕提供历史素材、丰富生动内涵、凝聚精神动力等方面都具有着重要价值,因而有必要将其总结提炼好、宣传展示好、传承弘扬好、创新转化好,并通过深入研究“上旺精神”,为地方红色文化助推共同富裕提供可推广借鉴的实践路径.

Common prosperity,the inherent essence of socialism,reflects the dual requirements of material civilization and spiritual civilization and is significantly promoted by the local red culture which is characterized by concretization,localization and zerodistance for the party members,cadres and the masses all over the country and which is a valuable spiritual wealth to encourage all localities to achieve common prosperity.The“Shangwang Spirit”,an indispensable part of Shaoxing red culture in the process of socialism,is the historical witness and the epitome of the times of the hard struggle of the people of Shaoxing at that time.Entering into the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the“Shangwang Spirit”is valuable in providing historical materials,enriching vivid connotations,and condensing spiritual power for Shaoxing’s common prosperity.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize and refine it,publicize and display it,inherit and carry it forward,and transform it into innovation.Through an indepth study of the“Shangwang Spirit”,the present paper offers a practical path for the local red culture to promote common prosperity.
