龙一联合站余热回收利用

摘要 龙一联合站作为采油九厂北部油田的枢纽站,随着北部油田新区块的生产开发,该站处理量逐年增大,导致耗电、耗气等耗能量不断增加。而该站处理工艺中没有充分利用污水余热和燃气发电机组高温烟气的余热,造成能源浪费。针对这一问题,通过分析龙一联热负荷和余热现状,提出了压缩式热泵机组联合烟气余热回收装置的余热回收工艺,利用该工艺回收余热6.33 MW,可以完全替代采暖炉和脱水加热炉,部分替代掺水加热炉和外输加热炉。龙一联合站通过这种余热回收工艺回收低温余热和烟气余热,每年节省标准煤3579.4 t,最终达到降低生产运行成本、节约能耗的目的。 The Longyi union station is the hub station of the northern oilfield of No.9 Oil Production Plant.With the production and development of new blocks in the northern oilfields,the station's handling capacity has been increasing year by year,leading to the increase of energy consumption including electricity and gas consumption.However,the station's treatment process doesn't make full use of the waste heat from sewage and high temperature flue gas of gas generators units,causing the waste of energy.To solve this problem,by analyzing the current situation of heat load and waste heat of Longyi union station,the waste heat recycling process of combined flue gas waste heat recovery device with compression heat pump unit is proposed.This process can recover 6.33 MW of waste heat,completely replace heating furnace and dehydration heating furnace,and partially replace water mixing heating furnace and export heating furnace.The Longyi union station is recovered low-temperature waste heat and flue gas waste heat through the waste heat recycling process,saving 3579.4 t standard coal every year,and finally achieving the goal of reducing production and operation costs and saving energy consumption.
