摘要
为解决某炼厂低压汽管网存在的各装置压力分配不均、排凝率过高等问题,通过使用PIPENET软件对现场实际操作参数和运行数据的综合模拟分析,发现了引起上述问题的主要原因即管网设计不合理等问题,针对该问题提出了改造低压汽管网的解决方案并实施应用达到了整个低压汽管网节能优化的目的。项目改造完成后对实际运行情况进行评估,较改造前节约蒸汽费用高达29.47万元/a,取得了良好的经济效益,可为石油化工企业其他类似问题的处理提供可供借鉴的参考。
In order to solve the problems of uneven pressure distribution and high condensation rate of each device in the low-pressure steam pipe network of a refinery,by using the PIPENET software,the main causes of these problems including unreasonable design of the pipe networkwere are identified through the comprehensive simulation analysis of the actual operating parameters and operational data on site.In response to the problem,the solution is proposed to transform the low-pressure steam pipeline network and implemented to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and optimization of the entire low-pressure steam pipeline network.After the project is transformed and completed,the actual operation is evaluated,and the steam cost savings are up to 294700/a compared to the cost before the transformation,which achieves good economic benefits and can be used as a reference for the treatment of other similar problems in the petrochemical companies.
