摘要
油井清蜡降黏是延长油井检泵周期、提高并稳定单井产量的重要措施之一。为解决现场依靠经验判断油井结蜡情况和确定清蜡降黏方案的局限性。依据油井清蜡降黏“相似相溶原理”“水膜乳化理论”“多面体乳化理论”,结合油井生产情况,制定了“化学清蜡降黏与热洗清蜡降黏相结合”“热洗清蜡降黏”“不定时化学清蜡降黏或热洗清蜡降黏”等3种中高含水油井清蜡降黏方案。在27个油藏574口油井应用,成功率100%;其中化学与热洗清蜡降黏相结合方式应用412口油井,单井年平均节约化学清蜡降黏药剂0.56 t,平均减少热洗0.72井次,免修期平均延长269.1 d并仍在延续;热洗清蜡降黏的56口油井,单井年平均减少热洗3.25井次,免修期平均延长230 d以上仍在延续;不需要(不定时)清蜡降黏106口油井,免修期平均延长117 d并仍在延续。实现了清蜡降黏节能降耗(含药剂费用)双赢。
The wax removal and viscosity reduction in oil wells is one of the important measures to prolong the pump inspection period of oil wells,improve and stabilize the production of single wells.In order to solve the limitation of judging the wax deposition situation of oil wells and determining the wax removal and viscosity reduction scheme by relying on experience on site,combined with the production of oil wells,three wax removal and viscosity reduction schemes with medium to high water bearing oil wells,based on the"similar solubility principle","water film emulsification theory"and"polyhedral emulsification theory"of oil well wax removal and viscosity reduction,have been formulated.It includes"chemical wax removal and viscosity reduction combined with hot washing wax removal and viscosity reduction","hot washing wax removal and viscosity reduction","irregular chemical wax removal and viscosity reduction or hot washing wax removal and viscosity reduction".It has been applied to more than 574 oil wells in 27 reservoirs with a success rate of 100%.Among them,412 oil wells are used in combination of chemical and hot washing wax removal and viscosity reduction,which saves 0.56 t of chemical wax removal and viscosity reduction per year on average,and saves 0.72 well times of hot washing on average.The maintenance free period is extended by 269.1 days on average and is still continuing.The 56 oil wells with wax removal and viscosity reduction by hot washing are saved an average of 3.25 well times per year for a single well and the maintenance free period is extended by 230 days on average and is still continuing.The rest of 106 oil wells do not need(irregularly)wax removal and viscosity reduction.The maintenance free period has been extended for an average of 117 days and is still continuing,which realizes a win-win situation between wax removal and viscosity reduction and energy conservation and consumption reduction(including pharmacy cost).
