摘要
油田生产中小口径带坡口的管件需求量大,传统制作方式存在运送距离远、加工周期长、成本高的问题,坡口机是管材或平板在焊接前端进行倒角坡口的专用装置,目前石油企业进行工艺流程预制、更换管段、成品加工、员工技能培训等都需要用到坡口机,电动变频坡口机利用变频器调节频率控制电动机转速,通过减速器实现减速增扭,再由气割枪对加工部件加热吹透,形成坡口,实现不同型号、不规则管件坡口,可批量加工。应用电动变频坡口机后,平均操作时间由原来的8 min降至2 min,通过变频器调速节约用电4 kWh/次,节电率16%,操作人员由原来的3人减少至1人,优质率提升至100%,工作效率提高两倍,年累计创效18.25万元。
There is a large demand for small diameter pipe fittings with bevels in the production of oilfield.The traditional manufacturing method has the problems of long transportation distance,long processing cycle and high cost.The beveling machine is the special device where the tubes or flats is chamfered and beveled at the front end face of the welding.At present,petroleum enterprises need to use the beveling machine for process prefabrication,pipe section replacement,finished product processing,staff skill training and so on.The electric frequency conversion beveling machine is used the frequency converter to adjust the frequency to control the motor speed.The reducer is used to reduce the speed and increase the torque,and then the bevels are formed by heating and blowing through the machined parts with gas cutting gun,enabling the beveling of different types and irregular pipeline fittings to be processed in batch.After applying the electric frequency conversion beveling machine,the average operation time is reduced from 8 min to 2 min,and the electricity consumption is saved by 4 kWh/times through the speed regulation of frequency converter with power saving rate of 16%.The number of operators is reduced from 3 to 1 and the quality rate is increased to 100%,which makes the work efficiency twice with a cumulative annual efficiency gain of 182500 yuan.
