社区友好型垃圾焚烧发电厂建筑情感化设计策略研究

随着城市范围不断扩大,垃圾焚烧发电厂选址很难做到完全远离住区。作为典型的邻避设施,如何运用设计手法增加社区友好性,减少建筑本身的邻避属性,是一个新的课题。该文选取近年来国内外新建的选址在居住社区附近并得到良好社会反馈的一些社区友好型垃圾焚烧发电厂案例,对其采用的去“邻避”属性的建筑设计手法进行分析,并归纳总结出其情感化设计策略,以期望对新建在社区周边的城市垃圾焚烧发电厂的建筑设计提供一定的建议和指导。

With the continuous expansion of urban areas,it is difficult to choose the site of garbage incineration power plant completely away from the residential a rea.As a typical N IMBY facility,how to use design techniques to i ncrease community friendliness a nd reduce the NIMBY attribute of buildings is a new subject.In this study,some cases of community-friendly MSW incineration power plants with good social feedback were selected to analyze the NIMBY building design methods,and the emotional design strategies were summarized,so as to provide some suggestions for the architectural design of new urban waste incineration power plant around the community.
