摘要
完整社区作为城市建设基本单元,涵盖合理的社区功能和优质的建成环境,还提倡人—环境—设施动态平衡的发展方式,是建设高品质社区的主要方向;自2019年全国住房和城乡建设工作会议上首次提出“完整社区”的建设,各地纷纷开展完整社区建设和居住短板补齐等工作;该文以国家层面的完整社区建设标准为依托,从空间上探索武汉市完整社区建设现状,借助Arcgis空间网络、层次分析等方法综合评估指标的覆盖度、社区的完整度;结果显示武汉市完整社区现状建设薄弱,仅11.4%的社区达到建设标准,并从微观、中观、宏观的视角解析其分布特征、现实问题,结合居民实际需求从不同层面提出完整社区建设对策,以期为后续加快推动完整社区建设工作提供一定的参考。
As the basic unit of urban construction,integrated community covers reasonable community functions and high-quality built environment,and advocates the development mode of human-environment-facility dynamic balance,which is the main direction of highquality community construction.The concept of"complete community"was first proposed at the 2019 National Conference on Housing and Urban and Rural Development.Based on the national integrated community construction standard,we explore the current situation of integrated community construction in Wuhan from the spatial perspective,and comprehensively evaluate the coverage of indicators and community integrity with the help of Arcgis spatial network and analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the construction of complete communities in Wuhan is weak,and only 11.4%of the communities meet the construction standards.We also analyze its distribution characteristics and practical problems from the micro,meso and macro perspectives,and propose complete community construction countermeasures from different levels,so as to provide certain reference for promoting complete community construction in the future.
