福州水西林历史街区当代建筑立面改造的延续性设计

Continuity Design of Contemporary Architectural Facade Reconstruction in Shuixilin Historic District of Fuzhou

水西林是福州地区众多历史街区中的一处。传统历史完整,地域特色鲜明。水西林历史街区保护采用了先分类,再进行差异性对待的“综合性整治”方法,其中建筑立面改造介于保护性改造与延续性设计之间,在立面改造的建筑风貌选择上,既要考虑风貌犹存,还要做到和而不同。该文以水西林历史街区中三栋采用不同建筑材料建成的民宅为例,以综合性整治理念为依据,运用类设计方法,进行延续性的改造设计,更好地延续水西林历史街区建筑的传统风貌。

Shuixilin is one of many historical districts in Fuzhou.The traditional history is complete and the regional characteristics are distinct.First,the protection of Shuixilin historical district adopts the"Comprehensive Renovation"method of classification,and then differential treatment.Among them,the building facade transformation is between protective transformation and continuous design.In the selection of architectural style of facade transformation,we should not only consider that the style still exists,but also make harmony and difference.In this paper,taking three residential buildings built with different building materials in Shuixilin historical district as an example,based on the concept of comprehensive renovation,we use class design method to carry out continuous transformation design,so as to better continue the traditional style of Shuixilin historical district buildings.
