城市新区建成环境中的空间景观系统性实施评估方法探索--以长沙梅溪湖新城为例

The Evaluation Method of Systematic Implementation of Spatial Landscape in Urban Built Environment:Taking Meixihu New Town in Changsha as an Example

空间景观是彰显城市品质的核心要素,针对建成环境空间景观系统的评估也是对城市后续建设优化和规划景观日常管控进行反馈的重要依据。该文以空间景观的“技术评估”“实效评估”以及“价值评估”为方向,基于这三个维度进行了系统性的因子梳理和体系建构,试图建立一套普适性的建成环境空间景观体系评估流程,最后通过梅溪湖国际新城的实施案例进行验证。

Spatial landscape is the core element to highlight the quality of the city.The evaluation of the built environmental spatial landscape system is also an important basis for the feedback of urban follow-up construction optimization and landscape daily management and control.In this paper,based on three dimensions of"technology assessment","effectiveness assessment"and"value assessment",the systematic factor sorting and system construction are carried out,we try to establish a set of universal assessment process of built-up environmental space landscape system,and finally it is verified by the implementation case of Meixihu New Town.
